Just saw that. Or one of them.. called G Sight.
Pretty cool concept. G Sight seems to be the exact same as the Cheap Shot, wonder if the app is password protected or not. Also an app called LaserHit.. downloading both to see if they’re open. If so, I might buy one of the inserts and try it out.

I'm currently using laserhit on a cheap Fire tablet. It works. But misses some hits. I'm thinking about downloading on my phone to see if it registers better based on camera.

Current setup during "NYS pause". The blue tape to the right is the reload spot. I'm shooting at that 8.5 x 11 from 9-10 yards off. Hitting about 90% of the time. Some don't register. Working on keeping both eyes open, posture, grip and a nice squeeze of the trigger.

Just traded a bookshelf for an old side by side blackpowder shotgun that looks similar to that (a lot cleaner though)

Hahaha. The purple is really growing on me..

It is a Sig Sauer P556 Swat. Long stroke Piston Driven. Originally Swiss made and part of a long line of 55x series rifles. This one is primarily US made and has gone through a few facelifts and updates over it's lifetime. Originally made from mostly Swiss components back in 08, they slowly transitioned to US parts. Older Gens and Serials (JT, JS, etc) would have Swiss parts, while later models would be US (JP, 44A, 44B, etc). Some having a mix of both. This one in particular is a 2014 build (44B) one of the last ones built, so no Swiss parts, but generally considered a dialed and reliable generation.. having all the links worked out over the years. The ones that had any issues, if at all, were the early transition builds.. was a mix of new and old, figuring out manufacturing processes, etc. The older Gens typically go for 2-3k.. depending on gen, serial (Swiss vs US), and model (swat, patrol, etc). They transitioned from the original Swiss lower and stock, to an AR Lower and buffer tube. That's the biggest and most noticeable change. You can find later gens for 1-2k.. depending on model as well. Sometimes rhey pop up for less, but they are usually pretty worn, or a basic full length patrol. They are extremely reliable, robust as hell, and just fun. I'm a big side charger guy.. I loved my Mini-14s.. and I have always wanted a Sig 556. My true dream gun is a Sig 553.. the true OG. Lol

check these out http://wisemencompany.com/sba3-splitfix/ save you from having to roll the brace in on itself. I ordered two and really like them so far.

The answer is always yes (with the exception of 1 or 2), always SBR for the cool kid points as well as the better (in my opinion) feel of the stock vs a brace.
And yes, always suppress your firearms.

I've been a knife guy for a long time and finally got into my first gun. Nothing crazy just a Maverick 88. Gonna pick up a handgun in a couple months.

Was it you who said the retention on ALS holsters worked with your SIRT pistol?
I tried my model 107 in the safariland non-light bearing ALS only holster and the ALS clicked in but on my ALS/SLS light bearing holster the ALS doesn’t engage, I thought it was interesting and I’m wondering if it’s different holster tolerance on the ALS side or if the light doesn’t fit in the same between the real gun and SIRT.

That's rough, How does the legal system work for that? is there a constitution to fall back on and make a case?
