Looking to get the Stealth Custom Series Ray 10 in 17x9 -38 offset, running 33" tires, on a 3" lift. I know I'll need a cab mount chop/ relocate, and some plastic trimming for sure. Will this setup fit? Anybody running something similar? 2nd gen Taco.

It will work with the right combination of parts & trimming. I had 285/75-17 (34's) and now I'm moving to 35x12.50R17. My recommendation would be to get SPC adjustable UCA and move the wheel forward in the wheel well by maxing the caster adjustment on the LCA. The fit is tightest behind the tire so if you move the wheel forward you won't have to be as aggressive with the trimming. From your avatar pic, it looks like you have a steel bumper which means you should have plenty of clearance up front and shouldn't need trim there. Honestly, the amount of trimming all comes down to how hard you wheel. Mall crawlers hardly need trimming but if your stuffing tire you will need to trim a lot more.

I don’t wheel super hard but I do the the tire tucked pretty good sometimes.
How do you do the alignment? Is that something any shop can do? I’m not very experienced on suspension stuff yet.

    Some reading material.

Cliff note version: Basically you set the front LCA eccentrics all the way in towards the engine, and push the rear LCA eccentrics all the way out towards the tires. You then use the SPC adjustable arm to set your camber and caster. The ball joint rotates on the SPC arm so most people use position E to get the extra clearance behind the tire. Any competent alignment shop should be able to do the final alignment providing you already installed the arms and adjusted the LCA into position. Make sure you tell them that you want 3+ degrees caster or they probably will try to give you the OEM settings. Also I would bring them a copy of the SPC instructions so they can refer to it.

The offset isn’t going to make it easier but I think they will fit. Especially if you have extra room up front with the bumper.
