New Haven yo! Talking round trip plus wheeling, equals a few hours.

We will see you guys around 1 at Run info’s. Just taking the Tacoma. She’s worried about missing her rear bumper/recovery points, and “needing” new tires hahah
She’s planning on ordering a bumper and tire carrier and 35’s tonight

 

If it’s any consolation I’m full stock with stock tires on a 2020. If we need recovery points tomorrow then my trucks totaled. . Wtf I thought you were in providence I chose a stupid place to meet up then last week. Whoops.

 

Hahahah she’d want to hit some of the harder lines. She’s also cautious, and would rather be over-prepared. Very new to wheeling, but is having fun learning. I keep telling her two locking axles, and a 4:1 4lo on a 116” wheelbase is basically cheating. Now there’s a 3” lift in the mix and that little thing is very hard to challenge.

 

Okay so if i read quickly correctly; 5 parties, 1pm, runnings in Putnam?

At and around the “pit” there are some challenges that she can try out.

 

It won’t be tomorrow, but I’ll get her out there. We’ll take a look at the lines if we go by there tomorrow though. One of the Jeep groups she’s involved with goes up their fairly regularly, we’ve seen some of the photos/videos from that crew and it looks pretty nice

 

I may make it.

I don’t know who’s going far enough to need sustenance on this journey. That said runnings shares a plaza with wendys and I got the bbq chicken special sandwich last time before we hit the road.

 

I wish I could go out with you guys tomorrow......I am going fishing but still a little disappointed.

 

Hahah only kidding. I don’t know of any caterers who make pb&j and that’s a big time favorite of mine so I’m good

 

Not a bad choice. The trails are not going away but fish are seasonal, and it will probably looks to be a good day to be on a boat and in the Sun.

 

I think I'll splurge and hit Subway or a local joint.
