Nice  I love mobile trailer setups. Here is a trailer my dad and I just finished. Don't mind the unfinished paint, we had to finish a job before it was done. We had a welding bed theme in mind when we build it.

Thanks man, truck is gone but the new one matches the trailer a little better and will be built up that much one day.

Today’s project. Radiator tee for a cr250. Welds look like crap but it doesn’t leak!

    Nice fix!

Would you please repaint that Wilton to it's original color. Or at least cover it with a brown paper bag.:angrygirl:

I’ve been doing a lot of welding recently, and I don’t hate it. Did a shock relocate today for someone. Man oh man do I love this 220v machine. So much better than 110v.

That’s the color it’s supposed to be. Was part of a deal they were running a while ago. I feel your pain though.

I can understand being 60 miles from any place you could get a plastic tee any this was the only vehicle you had.

Not sure what welds I see melted metal .

Wilton ended up with the wrong color and was stuck with it.

Being unable to absorb the cost at this time we see the results.

I guess the vise did not come with paper bags

The smaller machines have a niche people with no access to 240VAC and the ability to be drug all over the place

If your going to plug your new welder tell people what you have for those who might have missed the unpacking.

The Vulcan migmax 215. It’s fitting my needs really well. I love that I can tell it what thickness and material I’m welding and it does the rest of the settings for me.

Open the top vent hatch, pop on the fan. Side and rear door opened and it stayed clear. I never worked in the trailer with the big machine running though so it wasn’t a big issue at all.

I redid my hitch today and am much happier with the results. Cutting off the front sucked so much that I just capped the back and left it. The back is a mess of gussets now but that hitch isn’t going anywhere. It’ll be plenty fine for the light duty use I’ll put it through.
