Just got home from deployment and had these goodies waiting for me in the garage! Got a new HMF exhaust, Pro Design intake kit, GYT-R jet kit, new x-ring chain, front & rear sprockets, new wave brake rotor & EBC severe duty brake pads that all need to be installed before Labor Day. I'll be headed up to Busco Beach that weekend quite possibly. :D

Last thing I did was put in a new bearing carrier. That was a pain!

Yea! It lasted about a year. Which is pretty good considering the abuse it takes on the track. Just be sure not to spray water directly on the seals when washing it. That will help it last longer.

thanks for the info. mine has some wheel spacers on the rear. somewhere back there its making a "poping" kinda sound. I think its from one of the spacers but I have no idea really...like a binding and a pop..

Yep! Thats your carrier bearing! You will need to replace it. you definitely dont want it coming apart on you when your riding!
Edit* Does it do it when you turn your wheels and push the quad?

Just got the clutch repaired in 07 Renegade 800. Was in the middle of no where and rolled a rear tire off the rim. It was coming on dark, so i pushed her 65mph til I found a main road on my flat haha. Poor thing got burnt up a bit.

Got back from the dunes for the week and now went thru and cleaned the air filter, oiled chain, pressure washed quad, tightened loose bolts and nuts, installed new spider grips, and fixed the broken stuff from my crash over the wknd.

Flushed the cooling systems on the ltz, ltr and yfz.
Changed the oil on the ltr, fixed 2 oil leaks on the oil lines, fixed a gas leak from the swirl filter bowl, changed out a fuel line and replaced my inline fuel filter that had broken.

Next is change the chain and sprocket on the ltr.

Yup, I did it all myself ;).
