What would you say the average annual return has been for you over that time period?

The way I see it, they will have to either fix it or discount the price for someone to buy. My realtor told me she spoke with their realtor and said they shouldn't have an issue fixing it.
Yes, they accepted that. From what I read they seem like they try to weasel out if fixing everything. Have you had a good experience with any?

awesome. Yeah I mean you’re paying for central air. If they’re not providing that, no dice. Where it’s 15 bucks or 5 grand I don’t care. Get it going and prove to me it works, that’s on you (my thoughts on the matter).

    Cool, thanks.

I’m interested, but know nothing about it. I just know silver is very low right now.

I wholeheartedly approve this sentiment further as someone who is looking to transplant sometime in the near future.

Have had things fixed in the past. AC went out once and a $75 buck copay was worth it. Also have had a dishwasher go out. Wasn’t worth it as it was a old unit so I just purchased another.

Off topic but I trust y’all’s opinion on this subject. What kind of pants do y’all like? I’ve got a half office job, half mobile job and like to wear straight jeans (khaki, grey, blue color) that can look good with a coat or t shirt. These Wrangler straight fit flex jeans are great but man, they start to wear and get holes in them pretty quickly, within a few months. Need something better

Dickies slim cut tapper. Very reasonable price and when new they look very professional. When starting to fade they work great for anything else. Comfortable while driving. Just buy a size larger.

Cant go wrong with some dickies, they come in a wide selection of colors. I really enjoy the Carhartt WIP Master Pant. It's a bit more than the standard Dickie Chino, but are made better, and don't fab nearly as much. I have a few pairs, and they look just as good as the day I got them. The sizing is on the larger side, so either order your normal size or maybe a size down.

Regular wranglers. I also have a pair of the flex and they are nice, but I've always bought the regular ones and they hold up for a long time.

Yea, but at the craps table they take the chips. This is just a dip in value. Imagine crapping out and instead of taking your chips, they offer to sell you more at a steep discount and let you keep playing. It’s all good

Can’t beat the flex jeans but they do wear out quicker which is fine by me since I like to keep the twig and berries happy. Mountain khakis are great pants and they fit great. A little pricey but search around online and there is always deals somewhere on them. I also go with lee modern series relaxed bootcut for budget jeans. There are a lot of other brands as well on the outdoor/hiking sites like backcountry that I have purchased over the years.
