    You set the timer, take a deep breath, turn it on and get the Hell out of the room.
    Shutting the door behind you. :rolleyes:
    Later, take a deep breath, go in and open the windows...get the Hell out and wait an hour or so.
    One good breath of it will burn your lungs. You'll feel it alright.

    When I did insurance repair /restoration , it was usually either fire or water damage.
    With water damage, mold was the biggest consideration.
    As for fire...
    Smoke smell is a very tough thing to deal with, very persistent.
    Structural members that were salvable got encapsulated.
    Personal belongings (even furniture) got a cleaning and a night in the ozone room.
    Run the evacuator fan for an hour in the morning to clear out the ozone.

    By no means was it 100%, but it was useful.

    It helps.
    Now, if you have say, cat piss on a carpet, you still gotta deep clean it or preferably replace it.
    Surfaces holding smell need to be cleaned of course.

    The kitchen is what I’m most serious about. Looking at next year to see what’s gonna happen with CV.
    While the pool theater would be great it’s somewhat redundant since we have the theater room already. :notsure:
