2 puppies went to their new home last night, 4 more were supposed to go home today but one adoptee just stopped communicating and blew off coordinating pick up and another adoptee went and adopted a different puppy this morning and let us know at the last minute.


Likewise, a couple asked to do a longer term rental on the vacation place. Cool, they're good with meeting the contractor we hire for maintenance to sign the lease. Same shit, no call no show, blowing off calls and texts from GF and the contractor.
