I have a feeling the forest is going to be a zoo this weekend and for the early season in genetal. All the state OHV parks are closed, lotta shredders (dirtbikes) gunna be looking to scratch an itch.

Pair that with work being pretty slow (or non existent) for alot of people. Everyones gunna be looking to get out.

Sucks for me (selfish), since i like to do all my camping in the spring before everything gets dry and dusty.

On the national Forest Org the info is different from yesterday. Very frustrating because the gate iv been waiting for to open went from open yesterday to closed until the 15th.

I noticed there were a couple of changes. It's almost like the winter closures are being extended?

This is the drive shaft I pulled, and took to South Bay Driveline for repair. Rubicon damage seen here. I knew I had scraped it pretty good, but was reluctant to climb under and look at how bad it was. Certainly wasn't as bad as @rob1208, but it did have flat spot in it causing vibration. Finally decided that since I wanted to upgrade anyway, it was a good time to get it done.

    Works like a charm!

Perfect, 60°, most of the snow has melted, wished I brought the dirt bike.

Curious what the repair consists of or are you having a new one built with thicker gauge? How much did it cost you?
