1st Gen Lunchtable Thread - General Discussion

Got the front diff cover ready to go on the Hundy's 3rd member. I like to polish aluminum parts and then spray or coat with a clear to keep them getting a ratty look. I've been using Duplicolor Clear Wheel Gloss for parts lately. It sticks to clean aluminum. It will be easy to just spray the mud and road grime. It keeps parts easy to maintain for the long haul.

If you don't put a crush warning sticker off that sheet I sent you on there I will be very upset.

 

It helps a lot. I soaked the driver's Z seatbelt that was hard as a rock in hot water and laundry detergent, and after drying it was super pliable and retracted better.

 

Thats all finishing touches. Im still waiting on all the air fittings and valves so I can actually automate it. Then I need to make some plexiglass doors to use as guards, mount the sensors and switches, run wire/air hose, then paint. Oh and write a program, thats usually kind of important.
