I don’t know if I’ve been sharing any pics in here but I finally finished building my bumper today and painted it. Going to get mounted tomorrow.

No not yet. The bed liner for that gets here tomorrow. Going to see if I can get that done this week. I don't know if you saw but I'm going to do the whole truck in a "smooth" bed liner.

Looks excellent man, I haven't had homebrew since March and my setup is at my buddies place.

@3pooches I'd love to check out Flagpole sometime. Gotta see if it's inside the radius of my travel restrictions for work, but would love to catch another camp out sometime.

Thanks for your condolences Randall. I was hyper pissed. But now I'm taking it more like Eeyore. Fuck it, why wouldn't this happen to me. I mean sure I bought a Toyota primarily for its reliability. And sure I've only put 13,000 miles on it in the last year I've owned it.

I think @boogie3478 had a rear main seal leak. Ask him what he did.

I already tried putting a MOLLE panel on it, but it's still leaking.

It's kind of doing that on it's own. I'm gonna have it wrapped and see what happens.

For real @boogie3478 lemme know. I guess I'm just curious if I can just unmate the tranny and do it from the bottom, if it's a 2 part seal, etc.? I'll TW search it later and try to figure it out but I gotta go dig a hole now.

I'm offended that someone has a truck related problem and no one asks me, who has been down this road exactly 3 times.
Disclaimer: its not the trucks fault, i'm pretty sure its from a positive pressure in the crank case dues to boost racetruck things.

It is a one piece seal. Pull the tranny, take off the flexplate or flywheel, pull the seal out with a seal puller, tap the new one in and have a beer. Should really only take a few hours

 The trick is to install a molle panel that you painted black.

On a serious note, mine was just excess grease from the zerk fitting on the driveshaft slinging onto the oil pan.

This is good news. Not what I wanted to be doing at this stage in the game, but good news none the less. Since this puts my truck on the path to being a raggedy piece of shit like everything else I’ve ever owned, I look forward to more of your advice in the future @Darkgoatracer
