Guess I misspoke, the first owner did do a couple drain and fills earlier on in its life before he traded it in around 85K. Meant to say its never had a total fluid replacement. I managed to snag an appointment Wednesday since it was priced decently for a dealer. Was pretty dead in there when I went in, even sales. Also having them check out the CRC coating they put on last year; starting to flake off in some spots.

Don't know why but I had alot of salesman looking at the truck when I pulled up. Couple commented how nice it was. This might be dangerous as they have a brand new 2020 TRD Sport DCSB with a 6 speed manual I've kinda been eyeing...

Do they even let kids run free when they still were in schools ??

I spent the weekend outside it was great. I got the kids swing set rebuilt. All I have to do is paint it.

 

May the 4th Be With You, fellow Pennsyltuckians! What a gorgeous day yesterday was - hit almost 6 here at our place. I am so ready for when that is the norm and not the exception - time to open the pool!!

Morning PA!

Yesterday was definitely nice outside, finally got around to cleaning the engine bay in the truck. Still need to take off the rusted brackets, sandblast them, and paint, but for now it'll suffice. I be dammed if I'm taking something in for service and being dirty! Guess I gotta clean up the garage here in a little bit so we can get my co-workers Passat in there to do some work. All to get messy again...

How do you feel about this? Basically a hybrid fire truck.. sort of?

I know people can be weird about their fire truck brands though, my grandpa ran Pierces for like 30 years with no complaints.

Help the ole lady get her new car today....but couldn't get her to bite of the Rav4 offroad lol. Went with hybrid XSE. Awesome little SUV...happy wife happy life i guess they say. I definitely jealous of the color. Would love too see it on a Tacoma

Welp, y'all are a bad influence. Between quarantine and boredom, I am going broke quick...

Added a pro style grill today and will remove the chin strap later, ordered a Hooke roof rack that should be here in 3-5 bus. days, I have a 3" lift that goes on later this week, and I'm hunting tires and wheels now. I am leaning heavily toward the FUEL wheels below wrapped in 255/80-17 Wildpeak AT3s.

It's always fun seeing things come to life.

Still kicking around RTT and bed rack vs a small tag along or pop up trailer.

Got my wife a 2019 Rav4 Adventure AWD last September ( originally got a Rav4 AWD XLE Premium but the dealer fucked it up so I told them to put me in another one or I'd contact news stations, Toyota corporate and a lawyer. Needless to say they put me in an Adventure AWD model for same price. Payments and a better % rate)

I would definitely go onto the forums for Rav4's because they do have quite a few recalls and TSB's since it's a all new design. Taking ours in tomorrow for the "Mooing" transfercase sound and chugging.
