I practice catch and release....

I release the bass, crappie and catfish fillets into the fry daddy after a bath in the beer batter.

I release the rainbow trout fillets into the smokers after an overnight brine.
And
I release all other trout into hot butter in the frying pan.

 

My family doesn't eat fish, other than me. If I keep it, I give it away.
