    So my current set up:

    Front:
    - JBA High Caster UCA
    - 5100 at top notch
    - Stock coils

    Rear:
    - Icon RXT leafs at option 3
    - 5100 shocks

I would like to gain a bit more lift on the front still leaving a bit of rake but not as much as it is currently. By doing coils on the 5100s should I get 885s or 887s? Your guys opinion is very much appreciated.

I’ve read 5100s at 0 setting you can use other coils. What id like to know is which one I can use for a access cab

Yeah right now it’s at the top notch but it’s not enough lift. So I want to get a coil but want to know which one is the best for access cab and I will readjust

No. A quick Google search should net you some very different pictures of the cabs on those aforementioned trims.

I’m asking for the coil settings for a double cab I’m thinking is not the same as for a access cab. That’s why I’d like to know if for example a pro comp coil would work with a access cab 2nd gen

Not to derail the convo but do you have any weight in the back? Your rear must be high and stiff as hell

Gotcha, the 887 are 5mm taller than the 885 based on headstrong's website: https://www.headstrongoffroad.com/store/p250/Old_Man_Emu_Lift_Coils_-__Various_Lift_Heights_Available_(PAIR).html

Edit: was going off your original post quoting ome 885 or 887. Seems more people are happy with 887 as 885 provides too much rake.

Btw I think the bigger issue with lift difference is the 4 cylinder vs 6 cylinder variant. V6 is much heavier so the specs provided for springs typically reflects this.

Ok because I have a huge rake right now but then again I don’t want to be nose up when loaded in the back.

I just went from front 5100 at 1.75" (3rd notch) stock coils with 1.5" AAL in the rear had me sitting at basically stock rake.
Just put 887's up front now at 0 setting (new Freedom Offroad UCAs too)and am dead level front to back.
    Ride is sooooo much better.
Fuck Preload in its smelly cornhole.

could you post a pic please when you can.

I’m guessing 887 will be the way to go for me also.
