Plastidip wheels?

    I did the Antique Bronze Kit, Used all of the brass monkey base coat on the 4 Wheels then just added coats of burnt copper (all from the kit) until I was happy with the color tone, i think I only did 2-3 coats of the burnt copper on each wheel.

    I mostly did it to see how i liked the colors on the rims and to see if i wanted to powder coat these rims or get another set, so far theyve held up pretty well and compared to a proper set of wheels for the car (the ones I like about 12-1500 for a set of 5) it was a bargain to me. since its a rubberized coating they are less likely to chip and more likely to tear, in which case its 20 dollars to repaint or just peel it off and go back to stock

    Do you use the Plasti Dip Primer before the paint coat?

    No Primer, just clean and dry the wheels properly, then base coat followed by pearl or metal flake coat.
