Ouchita National Forest I presume? Dispersed camping is still allowed AFAIK. Routes in that place change often due to water levels and constantly changing NFS road/ route closures. There is a Youtuber called Ozark Overland Adventures that is probably the best local-ish in that area. I tried contacting him to get some of his GPS and Gaia routes, but he only does that via Facebook. I don't do Facebook.

    This might help?

Close, but Ozark. Thanks for the info.

I did find this, but was hoping for any other info.

Also, the NFS Interactive Visitor Map is an invaluable resource for planning routes for >50" width vehicles and other activites. I believe that it is updated as often as anything they have. Other than that, it's hard to find people willing to give up their favorite routes and spots.

Hey all, the Midwest Tacomas page on Facebook has a Coastal Offroad group buy going on. Someone verify, but if I remember correctly its 15% off any bumper on the site, and 30% off shipping.
We need 5 more people to join last I was told. All bumpers will be dropped off at 4x4Land in Topeka, KS for pickup.

Been, was fun, we camped on White Rock Mountain. The campground was empty besides us and the host. Stick bugs everywhere, like the ground was crawling with them. Was a good time, would go again. Just watch out for sticks crawling across the headliner when you leave lmao

Or just go to Byrd's Adventure Center.

Dangit. If I were to buy a bumper, it would be a coastal. But I really want to build my own.
