It’s not bad, take a picture of the connection where you can see the orientation and wire colors. Cut the old ones and put them in the proper spots in the new one. Crimp the new pins and plug it in.

 

If you pull the plug again take a pic and post it up here so we can see it. We may be able to tell if the plugs going or not from pics and point it out so you can see what we see.
