Thought I'd post up my numbers after a few days of settling and a 3 mile trip with 600# of material in the back. 6112's are on 3/2 and I put in newish leaf packs from a 2019 trdor with an Icon progressive aal in the back, 5160's, and no overload. Truck is a 2014 v6 ACLB
    Before:
    19 3/4 20 1/4
    21 3/4 21 1/2
    After:
    21 3/4 21 3/4
    23 1/2 23 1/2
    Difference:
    +2 +1.5
    +1 3/4 +2

Really happy with how things turned out. The ride is amazing on 3/2, well exceeded expectations. Bumps that used to scare me feel like they aren't even there. That feeling of my rear end flying off the road is gone. I seriously had no idea the improvement would be this dramatic. I cant wait to take these off road.

I wanted to keep the factory rake and I am pretty close. I expect some settling still and with the gear or sand bags it gets in the back for 11 months of the year it should be perfect.

Overall A+ rating on this mod. Everything went in pretty easy in the driveway, took about 12 hours taking my time with hand tools. Build quality looks top notch and the ride is superb. Price was nice too, got 4wp to price match some online deals so got a great deal.

Anyone experience issues on the 5/6 perch? Had mine set up for a few months. Did all the work myself and has it aligned perfectly. Came from an Icon stage 4 on my last truck that ride like a dream. The steering and feeling is odd. Like something isn’t right.

So I had my .25" spacers swapped out with .5" spacers and now I'm 22" up front on the 3rd and 4th notch. Still have about a 1.5" rake in the rear but hoping that settles some over time. If it doesn't I may have to change the RXT springs from option 2 to 1. But I'd worry that would make the rear too low with the added weight. Either way, I'm happier with the stance now. The 6112/5160 combo is so nice and the ride is so much better.

When you installed those leafs what was your method of getting the old ones out and new in? Wheels off obviously, but one side at a time? what did you use to hold up the frame so you could let the rear axle down? seems like typical jack stands would be too short. I am about to do this myself, thought I could make things a bit easier on myself if I got some advice from someone who just did it. Thanks for any input.

Finally got around to installing a leaf to convert my MD Dakar pack to the HD pack. With the MD pack it sagged way too much when I was loaded up with my full loud out for camping.

I was afraid I'd need shims, so I bought a few different degree but thankfully I don't need them. Had the truck up to 80 MPH and never felt any vibes. I tested for vibes with the truck in it's lightest configuration.

I'm actually a half inch higher on the driver's side, but I do have a .5" shim from Wheeler's installed that I needed previously to correct the taco lean. If the half inch persists when I add more weight I'll remove the spacer to level the rear. This is how the truck sits in it's lightest configuration; shell and rack, bed mat, and hi-lift are the constant weight. I'll see how it lowers when loaded up. I'm at 5/4 in the front. It's possible I'll move up to 6/5 if I will still have some rake to spare when loaded up. Previously with the MD pack I was actually .5" higher in the front when fully loaded.

    Front: Driver side 21 7/8" / Passenger side 22” (1/8” lean)
Rear: Driver side 24.5" / Passenger side 24” (.5” opposite lean)
    Rake: 2 5/8” / 2”

Any suggestions on what notch to get these set on for a 3rd gen? I am looking to get this kit with medium duty dakars for the rear. I have 265/75r16 tires with 0 offset wheels. I am on the fence between getting them set at 4/5 or 5/6.

Yep, that’s how it sits when it’s as light as it’ll be.

Maybe?...? If I do, it's going to be skinny 255s. Don't want to do a CMC and still have my stock UCAs.

I have the same setup with stock UCAs for now. Finished the passenger side last night and will do the rears tonight. I went 5/6 with the clips and am on 255s. The sway bar looks like it will be really close at full stuff and I think I may need to fab a spacer or remove it. I do tow, so I am tempted to keep it in, we will see. Once the rears are in I will take a quick spin to settle it a bit and remeasure.

DIY in the garage. Jack stands to elevate the truck and let rearend hang. Yes remove the wheel but the first wheel I did with the wheel on the other side touching the ground which made aligning the pin in the perch a nightmare! So my recommendation is to get both sides off the ground to allow for a wee bit of side to side movement that you’ll need. Did that on the 2nd wheel and it went much smoother.
