    Oh, okay.
    Could be pollen then. Hay-fever.
Take some Benadryl and see if it helps? :notsure:

    Story time.

I had allergies something terrible as a kid.
One time I got off the schoolbus and was walking down the lane to the farmhouse.
A field of wheat was pollinating and it was breezy.
You could see clouds of pollen.

By the time I got to the house my eyes were almost swollen shut.
My Mom had sense enough to give me antihistamine and wait a little bit to see what happened.
    And that was that.

I grew out of it and my immune system stopped over-reacting.

The only thing any more that gives me a touch of hay fever is wild Multiflora Rose.
The PA Game Commission started planting that as cover on State Game Lands in the 60s.
Now the damn stuff is everywhere.
Russian Olive is another lovely introduced species, courtesy of the Game Commission.
Not that they would admit it.

Russian Olives are pollinating right now.
It smells like incense to me. Wow, it's strong.
    Luckily, that doesn't bother me.

Personally, I think a lot of parents today are over protective.
A kid's immune system can't develop in an antiseptic environment.
Let 'em go outside and get dirty.
And don't freak out over every sniffle.

I’ve never had problems with allergies until the past couple of years. I’ve been driving with the windows down lately. If I turn the a/c on, it dries out my sinuses and leads to a headache.

    Well, that's kinda backwards.
    I grew out of mine.

I'm as averse to seeing a doctor as anyone.
In 20 years or so, I saw a doctor once, to get a Chantix prescription.
I shoulda saved myself the trouble on that one.
Then I got an inguinal hernia a year and a half ago, and had no choice.
That's when the doctor went to town on me with blood tests, CAT scans, a colonoscopy...in addition to the surgery referral.

But with your BP being all over the place, and headaches...
Maybe time to break down and get a checkup?

I go to see saw bones twice a year. I get routine bloodwork but don’t feel the need to get probed. No family history so no need to go looking for trouble. This happened to me once before but the remedy is very painful. I took one of those sinus rinse bottles and filled it with hydrogen peroxide and gave a shot in each nostril. Unbelievable pain but it worked.

I’ve got to get a new fog light for my duramax. This is all you hear when it’s running. Still works though.
