How do you like the Katana? I’ve had one for a few months but haven’t had time to sit down with it. It been played 30 mins max right now

 

Its a great little practice amp, imitates the tone of a cranked up amp really well even on 1/2 watt. I haven't added any of the different effects that are available but I love the ones it came with, especially the delay. I would have killed for one when I was 12 lol but back then solid state tech sounded so bad, imo.

 

Had to take a break from playing.
My degenerative ligament in my rotator cuff is so bad, I can't suspend my left arm for playing.

Atleast I can rest it on the desk and still work my fingers.

Meanwhile, waiting for elective surgery to open back up.

 

That really sucks. Are you cleared for surgery, just waiting for shit to open?

 

The Ins Co wants to go the cheapest route (as usual) and try some non surgery/ newish cell regeneration stuff first. They should be opening back up soon.

 

Fuuuuuuck. This used to be my favorite zombies map back on the ps3 days. Me and my roommate would get super baked and just play for hours. I think our highest round we got to was like 40

I run the exact same route every time. I think I made it to upper 30's or so.

That’s what we did as well. Stay in the first room for the first 3 rounds, then go up and to the right. Oh man the memories of that. Good stuff. You ever do the Easter egg in that one?

 

Waiting for it to arrive from Sweetwater just picked up a Taylor 814ce Deluxe.

 

I would agree to some point.
However, when I broke my hip a couple years ago, it was a type 3, upper femoral break. One of the worst to have. Instead of just doing a full hip replacement, the ins co opted for pinning (screws/plate).

Blood couldnt get to the ball because there was a crack that went all the way around. Which showed up in X rays. Necrosis set in, the bone died and They had to do a full hip replacement anyway.

I was out on short term. 6 months.
The pinning lasted 3 months and recovery for the FHR was 4 months. I had to go back to work a month early during recovery or I would have lost my job.
