Welp. I'm in the process of installing my BCC bed stiffeners. I let all the bolts soak for just over an hour, soaking twice with deep creep. Any suggestions?

If you don't have an impact - try hitting the bolt head with a hammer a few times to shock it. Otherwise the shock of an impact is usually enough to free those bolts.

I used a long breaker bar, worked like a charm

For a different application, I needed to whack a bolt to help break the bond between the bolt and threading. What a world of difference that made. As @eccracer104 said, try hitting it.

On the budget level, Harbor Freight carries them, but I would recommend Matco or Snap-On if you can find/afford it. Harbor Freight will replace the sockets, if they break, just as easily, though.

An impact hammer screwdriver is another handy dandy tool to have. I seem to recall that when I installed the bed stiffeners on my truck, I had to pull out the impact wrench to loosen one of the bed bolts.

Very. Not going to bother bringing out the 18"or 24" bar

Sometimes the old school hand impact driver is the best. It's saved a few fasteners from the saw blade even after letting a pneumatic impact wrench bang away. It's what I used to break loose all my bed bolts actually.
