Did my 1st major mod today on the tacoma. I installed a chrome hitch plug cover. Toyota now is too cheap to install one. Back in the day it came with my tundra receiver.

 

You put chrome on your Taco?

 

I keep seeing these pop up on ebay. How are they?

 

I ordered light bar for the roof rack. It should be here tomorrow.

 

Yep, it matches the chrome rear bumper.

 

I have a faux Pro Grille on my Tacoma and am very happy with it. The one I have came with the detached letters that are affixed with foam tape, I assume to beat the patent and trade mark laws.
Absolutely no problems after 2 years.
While the tape seemed to be sufficient I didn't want to trust the tape alone and applied JB Weld to the back of the little legs that align the letters. For the money, $100 vs almost $400 is a no Brainer since they're all probably made in China anyway. I have absolutely no complaints. In my opinion that addition of a drop of epoxy to the aligning pins is a real game changer. I've been through probably 50 or so high pressure laser washes with no adverse affects. That $300 cost savings was better spent elsewhere. Just my 2 cents.

I don't think I would ever get the Voodoo Blue for myself but I really like looking at it with all of the black accents. Looks good

 

Fyrefly LEDs installed minus the tag lights. Need to wait for daylight to work around the tow package.

 

I’ve actually got black on mine, I’ve seen red I’m not against other people doing it just not my cup of tea little to flashy for me. Cement I was so on the fence about, feel like it would add a nice touch to the interior but I couldn’t talk myself into it

If you buy direct from Crutchfield, they will include the adapters free of charge when you identify the make/model of your vehicle . I purchased the Subaru Tweeter Kit from Amazon & i believe these will be plug and play.

 

They are plug and play, use your factory hardware, they came with screws you can probably just chunk

I have an ATH Front Tie Down. On that it work out perfectly to attach two bike forks mounts and it secures the bikes perfectly. @At The Helm
