Dealers can be a pain.

Well, that’s why I never take it in for non warranty work. I’d rather do it my self and learn how to do it than pay for crap like that.

I would’ve lost my shit over the phone, over yelp, in person, everywhere lol.

 

Went back and had them refund everything they did and give me a free wheel cover since they also ruined my wheel wrap I drove with for months and they somehow undid in minutes haha. Lapse of judgements happen.

The only time I lost it on them is when they were trying to scam my mother.. asked to speak to the worker’s boss, immediately asked if he was the one who hired that other genius, refused to talk to him and asked to speak to his boss haha then was super nice

 

This was my first brand new vehicle and I regret it, I love it but looking back now I think it was dumb and I'll probably never buy new again.
