    Ok, returned that part, got the kit instead at o'Reillys, wire cutter things and oil cap. Oil cap is on @TomTwo !! Walking the dog, ordering wings and maybe I'll attempt this... I'll have to see if I can find a YouTube on the wiring part just to be more confident.

    Take a pic of the clip and wiring before you start. Then you can cut a wire at a time and make sure the new one is facing with the clip part the same way. Then you cut a wire, strip both wires back, put the butt crimp in place and crimp that wire. Move to the next and so on.

    As long and the clip is oriented the same you’re good to go.

    Before you start cutting are you sure that the fan is good? I hate to start cutting factory wires is why I'm asking. At the same time, if you don't have another fan handy it's tough to verify.
