Looking for tow plug adaptor/splitter to permanently wire tailgate light bar

Not sure if one of these exist to begin with. I am looking to permanently wire in a tailgate light bar, which uses the 4x1 connector. I watched a video by Bros Four Speed in which they spliced into the wires behind the bumper, before the plug on the backside to have a cleaner look.

I want to know if there is an adapter or splitter than can be plugged in line behind the bumper that accomplishes this goal, without having to splice all those wires. Some kind of T harness or similar.

 

yea, you would just want a tow hitch wiring harness.
