Melts in your mouth.

Take the roe, wrap it in bacon.
Fry in bacon grease.

Pound for pound they are the fightingest fish there is.
Id put them up against anything.
Biggest Ive ever caught was pushing 6lbs.
If they got any bigger youd probably never land them unless you geared up to salmon/striper level.
10-15 fish days are common.

When the bites on and theyre in thick,
30-50 fish days np
