Dang, you guys got some deals. I paid about $4500 for mine and it was missing a couple parts for the fit kit. Mine also came with speedhut gauges, flexpod, bypass catch can, ovtune handheld and aeromotive fuel pump though. I used all and sold the OVTune for $300

thats not terrible. I had unknown mileage on mine when I bought it.. thats the only thing with mine I didnt like. But I've kept up on maintenance and swapped the coupler. rotors will be next at some point.

If it’s full $3K-$4k seems fair. It’s costs around $24-$2600 to get all new fit kit parts for reference. also new price was raised this year as well. I had looked into used and the total cost might as well HK new but folks will jump on that quick.

I'm looking at ~$300 for the Arp Studs. another ~$200 for the gaskets. thats ~$500... Next week I should have ~$5k set aside if I don't order these two items. ~$4500 if I do.

I want your stuff. I'm not sure I can swing the Lump sum immediately though

How much margin of error do I have here. Pressed it on close to another 1/8. Just shy of it. I could go a little more. Still a tad left behind the hub.

I had a straight bar on SC to the pulley to the left and seems like it’s a lot more so still. Doesn't t seem right. Maybe I’m checking in that wrong place.

Seems to line up nicer than before.

Props to @JustDSM for lining up with an initial tune with all the extra mods. Still needs work but it will be drivable

looks good to me. Once I fire it up, I look down the belt to see any flex or deformation pulled offline.

In retrospect, I may not be the best person to give belt advice.

It looks pretty good actually. I would let it idle in park and then in drive. No noises? Cool. Belt look like it's riding nice while idling? Yes? Cool. Enjoy the new setup.

That last statement made me laugh.

Here’s mine. This pic was taken with the engine running. Looks like you have a ways to go still to get it lined up well. Remember though, don’t let that hub contact that bearing retaining washer behind there.

I'm already running an OEM Tundra intake.

Although I do have the URD 76mm adapter which is port matched to the sc inlet.

Even if you were to open up the sc inlet to 76mm it would still quickly taper to the 65ish mm inlet.
So I dont see a big difference between the taper at the adapter or shortly after.

Now, having 76mm all the way to the rotor entrance I believe would show the biggest gains.
