These aggregator web sites can't be trusted. Remember the 2GR basic design has been around for a long time. The "heavy duty" idler pulley came out 11 years ago: https://www.siennachat.com/threads/2gr-fe-no-2-idler-pulley-noise.799/ The post-TSB part number had itself been superseded 3-4 times already by the 3rd gen Taco's debut.

there is no HD replacement upper idler pulley available for the Tacoma trucks that are sanctioned for use by Toyota corp. because there is no issues with the idler pulleys in service right now, I have the as mentioned upper idler pulley used in 3rd gen trucks 16604 part # at 125k miles and original serpentine belt absolutely nothing wrong with it, its all just Fake news and troll post that assumes theres a wobble with it

You will know when the idler pulley is bad because it will squeal like a hog at the butcher or it will throw the belt till then relax.
