I just hardwired my line level adapter straight into the factory wiring for the front speakers.

Thats what I ended up having to do. Theres a RCA harness out there labeled as 3rd gen but it doesn't work on the 2020's.

Anyone like this will work. https://amzn.to/2SGe0Bl

I hard wired the Remote wire to the fuse panel under the driver side using something like this: https://amzn.to/2zlrOKr

Thanks. I can't seem to find a wiring diagram for my non-jbl 2020 with the 8 inch HU. Any idea how to identify the +- L/R speaker wires that I need to tap into?

my amp has a remote wire which it says to connect to the "remote output" wire from the head unit. Any idea which one that is? I'm trying to use the remote that came with the amp

see the posts that were recommended to me. they're correct. I just finished the sub wiring and it came out great. recommend wire taps to tap into the R/L speaker wires from head unit, and another one for the remote cable to power. I can explain more if needed.

Yeah can you explain more. Which wire did you tap into for the remote wire to work?
