Welcome to TW! Where are you in WV? I work in Huntington, live in KY.

FYI, you don't need a lift to get a bigger tire to make it more capable. You can put 255/85r16 (33x10) without any major suspension changes or need to trim to prevent rubbing, much. That is the "biggest tire I can fit without lift". I do encourage a suspension update/upgrade if you've got many miles on it.

Looks like you have a TRD Sport, going by the skewp and wheels. They came with a chrome grille iirc. However, previous owner and options and all that jazz...

    Im up near Morgantown.

yes it is a TRD Sport.. but all my reading today has seemed like it should have a color matched grill. not a deal breaker by any means...Ill find a color matched and Pro grill soon.

It has 265/65/17 on it now and my buddy has a set of KO2's in 265/70/17 sitting in the garage on 4runner wheels....but he wants me to buy wheels/tires together and im trying to talk him into tires only. at least they would be more aggressive than the treads on it now even if they are new..

Didn't realize you were on 17s. Also, the PO might have swapped to a chrome grille, never know.
Test fit those wheels before any mention of money. Some T4R wheels don't fit our brakes I've read.

I just prefer less chrome myself lol

Also my truck doesn’t have the highlighted option..... can certain options from a package be omitted from an order?

I wouldn’t be surprised if there had been something wrong with original grill and the dealer just threw a chrome one in there. If you don’t like it tell them it’s supposed to have a color matched grill and ask to have it replaced. They can get one already painted

I grew up in Nicholas County near Summersville, went to WVU, and lived in Wheeling for almost a year. I live out near Seattle now, but will always have WV in my heart.

These are the wheels and tires I can pick up for $400 from one of my guys here at work.

Not sure how I feel about the wheels....or the white letters out tbh. could always swap onto my wheels too.

Guess I need to find a thread here showing these wheels on the Taco.

    IMG-5693.jpg

Edit - actually would have to swap my TPMS into these anyways so may just as well put the tires on my wheels....

Tires ended up being free with the trade of my old tires!! Only had to take care of the M&B for all 8.
