    Yeah If I didnt have an OR I would have added the second battery to the bed. Seen to many storys of the sheet metal cracking with them side by side.

    The mac and cheese was pretty good but adding the pulled pork took it to another level! I was going to do tacos today but then saw there was still mac and cheese and had to have another go at it again today.:D I think I've almost finished the first pork butt. I may have started on the second one. It ended up in 8 or so vacuum sealed bags and I've lost count. Gonna thaw out the 2nd 1/4 of brisket this weekend.

    At the rate I'm going I might not be done with what I have.:rofl: Def smoked more than I expected last time but its been great for my lunches since I'm working from home. I vacuum sealed it in bags that last me 3 or 4 days at the longest. Its keeping it nice and fresh and is working out great. I'm wanting to find more ways to eat it besides tacos. I love tacos but at 4-5 days a week its nice to change it up. There just so easy to fix and I'm lazy so I havent tried much.
