What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Installed 4 @Diode Dynamics SS3 Pro Fogs in selective yellow with the upgraded high amp harness. Still need to do the switch install. Going to use my OEM location with a "zombie lights" switch (cuz eff it). Things are BRIGHT.

Also changed the spark plugs, engine air filter, and cabin air filter. My baby just hit 60,000 miles. They grow up so fast...

 

Yeah a little while back i was laying in bed wondering what would happen if I adjusted my kings back up towards the top and Then added spacers on top. It didn’t seem like a good idea but it was one of those middle of the night musings. Thinking back, Toytec sent me .5 inch spacers with the OME lift for my Blue FJ. I put them in then after a week took em back out because it seemed like it defeated the purpose of an engineer designed lift. I think they were a recommended add-on not necessarily part of the kit. They now sit on my desk as a place to sit my coffee cup in.

 

Check McGeorge Toyota Parts. I paid almost $100 less than that even after shipping to Hawaii

 

Good to hear your dash cam has already paid off for you. That is exactly what I'm afraid of. So many stupid and distracted drivers on the road. I've been pretty lucky so far in terms of accidents, so let's hope I never need to use it in that capacity *knock on wood*.

Mocked up and fabricated a homemade mount for my new light bar. Also plastidipped my emblem in matte grey.

 

Thanks! I wonder how long their guarantee is for. That seems like a pretty bad design flaw. Let me know what they say, perforated is nice so you don't sweat as bad but if they are going to tear like that I might have to stay away.

Installed the new headlights from TacomaBeast. I know...they aren't supposed to be as good as OEM, but they look nice. The light output is okay...nothing to write home about. Was thinking of doing a retrofit, but we'll see.

I was thinking a cracked radiator. Hard to tell what color that liquid is. I think I see red.
