    My truck was recently at the dealership when I turn my steering wheel it makes a knocking noise when I'm stopped and turning my wheel both directions The dealership thinks it's the breaks I don't think that's the problem. Anyone else having the same issues thanks

    I think the where the steering column meets the rac and pinion, there is a joint that looks like a u joint and that turns a gear which moves the front wheels.
