I wouldn’t be offended. If your music is loud enough that I can’t enjoy my music I’d be annoyed.

Ain’t no reason to start throwing around racial slurs though. Middle finger would’ve conveyed the message just fine. It’s a multicultural gesture, applicable to anyone regardless of race, gender or creed. By God, I’d go so far as to say that person was being un-American NOT flipping you off for your annoyingly loud music.

No. Either you like the music or you don't.

Unless it's Justin Bieber. Than that's just offensive.

@vorkuta775 , as a fan of the band and also as a fellow Tacoma enthusiast, I’d only be offended if you were playing “La Camioneta Gris” and pointed at me while driving next to you. My truck is blue. Side note: My last taco was silver (gray) so I’d play this song often).

but really, I don’t get offended at the music others listen to. People should see my Pandora station list. I have so many different genres. People are only afraid of what they don’t know.

I'm usually only offended by the assholes who insist on playing music from their backpacks while they hike and ride their bikes in public or on the trails. I always comment at them to "turn that shit off. nobody wants to listen to your garbage. Put headphones in."
Listening to your music that loud is definitely something you do as a kid. You grow out of it. You'll have to deal w/ the backlash as it comes your way in the meantime though. If it's loud enough that it's drawing attention and be mindful of the fact that the reason you're getting the negative attention is due to your actions of playing music too loud.

Los Tigeres are bad ass bro. One of my favorites is "mi soldado" :oldglory:

I will say i hate coming up to a light and some one is blarring rap that continues to drop the N bomb. But this is America and they are free to do so , so its not my place to say anything.

Last cinco de Mayo we played mariachi music at my branch (credit union). The community is mostly hispanic. One Caucasian lady came in and you could tell it bothered her. I wanted to tell her that she just needed a shot of tequila and tacos. Lol.

    Thanks for your service brother!

I would only be offended by excessive volume.

If you like your music, fine, but that doesn't mean everyone within 100 meters of you must like it too.

    That's incredibly selfish and inconsiderate.

There was a judge who made people listen to loud Barry Manilow to get a taste of their own medicine if they were ticketed for loud music

Forced To Listen To Loud Barry Manilow

Songs that people liked were removed from the rotation.

Agreed. Big difference between offended and annoyed. I don't need my brain liquefied at a stop light regardless of the genre. I'm a windows down kinda a guy. So I try to be respectful to others as well at stop lights. FFDP or whatever I'm listening to might not be someone else's cup-o-tea.

Now if you're blasting Maroon 5....we might fight

    None....yet.
I'm annoyed by pretty much everything. But if I'm out and about, I'm much more annoyed by the way people drive, not so much what they're listening to while they drive like idiots. I will say that your music had nothing to do with this guy being a dick, he's just a dick and he'll get his one day.

That sucks, but they’ll be back.

Also, fun fact, they’re an American, Mexican band. They are from San Jose, California.

    Like, so many.
I wouldn't be offended by that, but I'm not offended by much. I had some guys laying tile in my house last week and they played (I don't know if there's a specific word for the genre) music like you hear in Mexican restaurants all day. I thought it was kind of festive. Had they been playing music that used a lot of profanity I would absolutely have asked theme not to as I don't want my young soon hearing that.

I'm offended by the continued bankruptcy of morals in this country and the lack of general civility. Seems like over the last few years the rate of decline has accelerated

I find myself having to turn the bass down after getting in a vehicle that someone else was driving. There's my sign I've gotten old

If it can be heard outside your own car with windows up or down, no matter what music it is, then you are being annoying to everyone around you. Same goes for house, apartment. If I as a neighbor can hear music coming from inside your house, its way to gd loud. Maybe try some respect for those around you before you expect others to respect your taste in music.
