    I could if it was after 5, I'm sure that's to late. I'm thinking it suppose to rain Friday though.

    oh you're right, it does look like rain Friday. If it rains Friday though it would knock out the whole weekend for riding around here.

    yep. I do know most of the trails around here do not dry out well, so it doesn't take much to put biking on pause for a couple days.

    Don’t go too insane to start off, and if you can stay off pavement you’ll fair a lot better. When I started running at 260 last year I didn’t listen to my shins and ended up with stress fractures. Now I just iced them and kept going, so it’s not crippling but they hurt like a bitch.

    They pass. They aren’t chronic. I was still 250 when mine went away for good. Again no pressure here to run specifically, biking is good cardio too.

    My entire road is dirt so ive got that going for me lol. I listened to my shins yesterday and got on the wifes bike after a mile of running and then rode the bike for 1.5.
