What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Nice I grew up just west of Des Moines in a town called De Soto.

 

I put on the OEM Bed Step this afternoon. Quick and easy project...just make sure you have a 6" extension for your ratchet before you start. It makes the process much easier.

Sorry for the dust. I live on a dirt road so the truck is rarely free of some amount of dirt or dust.

I'm waiting right now to finally sew up this deal on mine that started a few days before everything shut down in March.
I'm going to work with them on an online buying platform in a few minutes. They should be calling. They totally shut down the dealership with no online buying/no contact delivery type of thing.

I've been waiting for this truck since early March, then waited for the color to come in, which took 3 days, but then everything shut down and it sat inside the delivery bay since.

So what have I done to my 3rd Gen today?
Same as every day......Wait!

But....it's getting closer once they figure out how to work this new business model. I hope to have it by maybe the weekend? Next week? Who knows?

*UPDATE* It's being delivered to my home tomorrow.

Technically, it's classified as an "improved farm road" which means the township road crew spreads gravel on parts of it from time to time.

 

I like the look as well. My 16' SR5 had the front air damn but my 2020 TRD OR didn't. I'm glad they left it off that model!

 

That's a good price! I had a friend who owns a high-end used car dealership get mine from the local Toyota dealer. He gets 15% off the stuff he buys and no tax. I believe the MSRP was $400 and I paid $340. But, I have read posts that some members beat that by a significant amount.
