Hope you are able to discover what it is in the driveway.

I'd think a frame shop could pin it down pretty quick.

I'm suspect the hanger location. Maybe the robot had a hangover.

Hmm interesting.. If you have a small level or straight edge of some type, rule out you don't have a bend tie rod (check both). If you're low 'n slow and bumpin over rocks it's a long shot to have bent one but a no-cost verification; worth eliminating. Keep us posted on the LCA bushings when you get around to it.

OP says his axle thrust is off, nothing on the front end will make that happen. The front is totally independent of the rear. Looking at tie rods, lca bushings, etc is like investigating the transmission for a blown head gasket in the engine.

look only at the rear end for thrust alignment issues. Frame bent, springs (already verified they’re the same length), spring hangar position (already verified), bent axle, possibly a bent axle flange but I don’t know for sure about that one, or anything else in the rear end. Nothing up front will affect rear axle thrust angle.

If you have a bent axle shaft, lifting the truck up and letting it idle in drive you would definitely see play in the wheel (my tundra did this) the only way to measure the shaft is to pull it

I’m afraid my experience will be of no help with what you have going on. Hope you get it figured out.
My issue was very apparent and easy to diagnose :(0D21F7AC-1C7E-46BA-BC03-7D244DAC8149.jpg

Wasn't mine I just stumbled across it because I'm dealing with thrust angle issues and I'm subbed for the outcome. However my problem is, my dumb self put a 2018 leaf on one side and the stock 07 on the other. The 2018 leafs come with shims.... whoops. Hopefully when I swap em tomorrow it fixes that plus some vibrations. Good luck to you! Keep us posted

So you have a shim on one side but not the other? I would bet that's what causing your thrust angle to be off, should be an easy fix!

Either that or the 2018 leafs shift the axle in a different direction than the 07 ones. My previous Expos kept my axle more forward than the Alcans do

Well changing the leaf did not help whatsoever. I think it made it worse. I put the yellow lettered spring on the driver's side. I had the white lettering one there and nothing change I honestly think it got worse. I haven't drove it yet but I'm kind of over fighting it at this point figure it's the worse. A bent axle or a torqued frame. The thrust angle is horribly visible in person these pics aren't too grea . My camera glass broke a while back sorry. The only measuring distance I've found so far that isn't the same is from the aft u bolt to the rear shackles. They are off like a 1/4 of an inch from the back of the axle mounting to the front bottom forward most portion.

The bed is square because I did that too. Just didn't help at all. Again sorry for the crappy pics.
