I’ve searched and searched here, and there’s loads of info. Quite frankly so much it begins to hurt my head. There’s tons of different brand lifts folks are using however not as many Toytec lifts. Why? I’m seeing a lot of popularity with the OME setups and while they appear nice I’m seeing a lot of reports of premature sagging. I’d like a decent lift around $1500 for EVERYTHING. Don’t want it breaking on the trails or while I’m driving down the road , don’t want severe headaches/stomachaches with not being able to align and putting premature wear on other suspension components. Only looking to achieve ideally 1.5 - 2 inches. I tow 1500 pounds on a regular basis and would like to keep factory rake . This is going on a 19 4 cylinder FYI. Mild to moderate off-roading will occasionally occur but I drive on the road 95% of the time. The picture is what I’ve concluded would probably be best for me. Any advice or tips would be much appreciated.

I just might go the ome route . Depending on bad sag is going to get.

People seem to be pretty happy with dobinsons as an alternative to OME or bilstein 5100s.

They were in the running for me, top three actually. I also looked at the 2.0 aluma toytecs which appear to be radflos (as do the elka 2.0s...). There is quite a bit more feedback if you look for Radflo 2.0 user reviews, some love them and some not so much. What it boiled down to for me was, I live in New England, the fastest wheeling I do is Forrest roads at maybe 30mph. Everything is either daily driving or slow off roading. I took a minute of self reflection and decided I didn’t need 2.5 coil overs for what I do or didn’t want the associated up keep of them. I settled on the 6112/5160 combo from a mix of good reviews and my prior experience with fox’s customer service has been poor to say the least. My suggestion is find the best product you think will meet your needs and not be overkill.

5100’s all around front set 1.5” / rear 1.5” wheelers AAL. Kept factory rake or close to it. GREAT Budget lift light off-roading and camping. Also you could go 6112 or also eibach great kits all around. Lots of members run these set ups.
    Good luck

I've got the Toytec lift you linked with SPCs and my only complaint is the coilover needs to be compressed off of the vehicle to be adjusted. Apart from that, it seems high quality and the kit comes with everything I needed for a vibe-less self install. I've done a few trails outside Moab and it worked as I expected.

I like it, but don't get me wrong it still rides like a truck. The bilstein shocks by nature of their valving are stiffer at low speeds so you certainly feel the imperfections in the road, that being said they also do well if you are traveling at speed and hit a pot hole. It has handled the forestry roads very well, we will see if the HS add a leaf holds up with the weight of my cap and tools in the back. Overall I'm happy with it, but I wasn't expecting a plush sedan ride. If that's what you're looking for I would look for something that has a linear/progressive valving setup. I also took my sway bar off and that made a decent amount of difference, you just have to keep that in mind while you're driving in terms of emergency handling.
