Attached is a tutorial on how to get your stock 2020 TRD Offroad set up with Raptor Lights. The 3D print file links are included in the PDF. Thanks to user StapleNut, I was able to customize his original wedge design to fit TRD Pro lights! I am very happy with the set up and hope you will be too!

Feel free to PM me with any questions.

Thanks for providing the files, I may play with the design some, will post it back up if anyone wants it. I like these smaller design lights.

My lights won't get here til wednesday, lol. Just read through your pdf. Did you think about making it snap in place with the tabs on the back of the lights? I may remake the design to be easier to print and snap in place with the tabs, but I need to wait for my lights to get some better measurements.

More power to you if you can do that!

I thought about trying that, but since I'm a novice with 3D design, I decided to epoxy mine since I never intend on getting a Pro grille. With the amount of time it would have taken me to fabricate a clip functionality perfectly, I would rather just purchase some additional lights for $35 if I ever do decide to change the grille.

This style of light inserts will be for sale on Etsy in the next few days. I'll post a link once they are ready to be sold.

Pulled it up tonight in blender, what are you using to design? From the original design to this, crazy shit happened with the vertices when whatever you are using smoothed it out. Plus you have some weird multiple meshes from when you cut the hole for the lights to poke through. I went back to the original design and got rid of the diamond shape of the lights the other guy used, just need wait for my lights to get here midweek and I can cut the holes for it to just pop into place with the tabs. Printed a block of plastic so I can fit it in the truck and see how much I can reduce the design, the version of yours I made slimmer didn't fit well, so went back to the thicker design.
