Here’s a rough idea on what I did.
so what I did was completely cut out the grill I tried it with a cut off wheel with a grinder but found out just using a hack saw blade was much easier, when done cutting it let little nubs and I used a grinding tool on my dreamer till it was completely smooth, a corse file and sand paper may also work. I then began doing a lot of measuring on the trd pro grill and my original Tacoma grill surrond in order to find the center of both, making sure to mark a line down both of them. I then began eye balling it and started cutting off piece of the trd pro grill until I got it to fit on the inside of the grill surround. This took me quite awhile but I was moving slow. Once I had it fit without the grill being too flexed or forced it I used a soldering iron and plastic welded the pieces to together (basically just just melting both plaistics into each other) however if I were to do this again I would probably just use jb weld as I did this project inside and the fumes were pretty bad

Curious how you modified the shifter surround where the ham radio is mounted. And how did you match the paint so well. Looks great!

Didn't have modify the shifter surround for the HAM. It's a remote head... the main body of the HAM is under the driver seat.

I see now, thanks! The other view point was throwing me off. It looked like you modified the shifter surround at an angle. Thanks for the picture, thats a good idea.

800 lbs of bumper front and back. Deaver springs back w/Bilstein shocks and Donahoe's up front. E-locker mod and driving lights front and rear.
Can you tell me where you bought your USB/Volt meters. I like the red anodized look.
    Thank you!!

So I have been looking into this a lot and my thought is that the remote mount would be on the inside frame rail at nearly the same plane as the existing oil filter.
Spanning across the engine with rubber hoses seems risky.

Kinda keeps things from rattling around so loud. Helps a little bit. Especially if you’re in an area with shitty roads like I am.
