All the darn mobtown folks. I think Matt verified the cut measurements with Joe before I made the cut. Matt is also pretty knowledgeable in welding himself, so he has been a good knowledge base for me.

What size angle iron do you use for the frame mounting plates?

That looks like a good way to to a bolt on slider that could easily be converted to weld on.

definitely! I’ve had multiple people go bolt on and then want weld on later and it’s a very easy conversion.

Judging by the dust on the floor it looks like you've already done quite a bit of grinding! hahaha Looks great though!

thanks! That is all dust from about 10 cutoff wheels. Figured I’d just leave it there and clean everything once this is all done.

I’m just a hobby welder but it be nice to have a welding table. Came up with a on demand table which is pretty legit.

Welded up some trusses for a shed. Don’t know if it’s a bright idea to be welding directly to galvanize but it holds for what I need it for. Use the same concept for a gate too and it stayed nice and level after cool down.

The Hobart is a fine welder, and the crane has twice the capacity needed for that lift. I love how everything always turns into a pissing contest, it's almost inevitable.

One a Good note I was told our SBA loan is approved just a matter of doing a 10' stack of paper work.

Seems anyone can get one Time will tell .

Interesting Phone call How anyone can confuse the Sub Arc Process ( flux in the hopper ) even with using a Trigger controlled gun still uses the loose flux I never seen one of those for years since school .

Compared to hard wire or dual shield is beyond me Yet they insisted they were doing Sub Arc

    Sent me pictures

Never meant it like that at all I was hoping you had a seam welder to do the seams that was not in the picture

Cranes I have had to fight for years with a Fork Lift I would kill for a 2 ton crane.

I am sorry you took it the wrong way

I welded up a few of these panhard mounts on a couple 4runners. I beveled all of the edges and burned em in. And a cab mount chop.
