There are some that already do that. Few and far between at least in my state, but I've read one that excluded skiing among other things.

I’m not the OP, but yes, exactly like I said. After pressing the small bend out in the crossmember it aligned just fine and drives fine. Tracks straight, no vibrations, no uneven tire wear. It was fine with the bend in it but I had to flatten it out to install my steel T-Case skid.

Sure. They're obviously not exactly the same, but it all falls under the category of the stuff that no one pays the true cost because everyone chips in, regardless if you have kids in school or get in a car accident. People having good schools and good insurance is a good thing for everyone.
