    We live outside city limits in the county; nice house, some land, and a shop. Both the wife and I like it. Shopping is close enough and generally you can get whatever you need without having to go any further north than Belton. That said, I do work in south KCMO and normally commute the 34 miles.

    I personally don’t think 49/71 traffic is that bad bu my perspective might be skewed after living in SoCal for 12 years (so happy to away from that mess, though the eye candy there was pretty nice).

    did i tell him to go do the google thing?!?
