I'm so used to my truck and being able to work under it easily, with room in the wheel wells etc...when I get under her Accord I'm just like 'fuck that' lol

I do all her fluids maintenance on it but usually she takes it to a cheap mechanic in town that she's known for awhile for the other stuff it's needed over the years. Off the top of my head...new AC, power steering pump, motor mounts, new starter, new alternator, rear shoes, needs a new CV axle...probably a few other things I'm forgetting. It's only got about 135k on it, which isn't much usually for a Honda

One of the staff members at the gas station told me 'good morning sexy' when I passed by the aisle to grab mints.

Another guest insisted that she would've given me a hug but instead came back with Starbucks because she liked the way I helped her. She was in for service, and brought me a drink when she got back to pick up her car.

Then at work just now, the receptionist told me this customer had been upset this entire time dealing with service, etc. Apparently it wasn't until I made a joke while passing by that her mood completely changed. So much that the receptionist had to call and tell me about it.

Everyone's just being extra friendly today...it's odd

Done aside from programming and paint. Works damn good with the manual buttons on the air solenoids.

Only issue with getting the pressure/cylinder speed dialed was that the gauge on my scrap yard regulator was bad, and I had a bad air hose fitting that decided to blow off right in front of my face (thankfully the other way).

I picked up my GX for the same reason(s), except I have two large dogs instead of kids. Handles wheeling and hauling pretty well with some extra luxury thrown in for the daily commute...

So I got my new manifold on and got rid of my exhaust leak from the crack. New o2 sensor got rid of the code. Still having to deal with this skip. A friend of mine that’s also a mechanic is letting me borrow his banjo bolt fuel pressure test piece to test that tomorrow. Only thing I think is causing it is fuel pump going out. No codes for MAF or damn coil packs.

    New:
    Plugs and wires
    Valve cover gasket
    Exhaust Manifold and gaskets
    Oxygen sensor

Yeah, blowing rear bags on these is not uncommon when one puts them through their paces. I just ordered all new bushings for the front/rear sway bars and control arms. Looking to replace the stock suspension this winter. I just purchased a house and don't really have the spare funds or space to make the upgrades quite yet.

I got my Dobinsons in but haven't picked a front coil yet or UCA. Soon enough though.

I've been exploring different options but haven't bottomed out on anything yet. Not looking for more than 2" of lift and having an adjustable bag in the rear is a requirement. That leaves me open for quite a few possibilities. Biggest concern currently is getting the front end bushing squeak to stop and then drive the piss out of it...

After looking at all the can crushers on youtube, I decided I wanted mine to be different. So I went the industrial/overbuilt route. Only thing I may regret is the mdf for the hopper. Any residual liquid in the cans could cause it to crumble over time so I may have to line the inside in wax paper or something.

Thats a lot of wires to crush some soda cans.
    IMG_20200508_211532721.jpg

That rainbow of super tiny and frustrating wires at the bottom is whats actually connected to the machine. One cable with 24 wires (only using 15) inside that simply unplugs from the machine for transport and storage.
