thanks. It really bugged me that all the other accents on the car are satin black but the grille was grey.

I’m use to it on my truck, there is a million different shades of gray and silver lol. It amazes me how many different shades it has.

$25 seems like a decent price considering what I've seen some other things selling for around here.

    Here's the lights. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07YFN78XM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Also, we're going to be selling the style I modified on Etsy soon. I'll keep you posted. We're still working on pricing, but I can tell you it will be a bit more than $25 due to the material cost, printer wear and tear cost, and shipping.

Will do! Also, be aware that the lights I linked and purchased myself came with a non-low-profile add-a-fuse. I had to purchase one separately for a few dollars at an auto parts store. This style is the correct style to get. https://www.amazon.com/ARTGEAR-Prof...jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ==

Keep in mind that would just be the 3D printed mounts for the lights, not the lights or hardware or anything else. I just finished up another 3D printing project so if anyone wants them printed and shipped, I can start today. Send me a PM!

Lol the trailer marking lights are much cheaper, but these are the TRD Pro grille lights, which are much more tame brightness-wise. The main reason I wanted to go with the TRD Pro style was the clean look of no screws showing and the brightness.

Printing this version right now, will see how it works and if you can just plug the raptor lights into them. I may clean up the design some if it works with them.

Nice! I've been working on a similar design to see how they would look. The most important part to me is to make the bezels look flush with the light clip shape. For now, the gluing method seems like the cleanest method for looks, but that may change depending on how well the clip in design I've been working on turns out.

Did you figure out why your software was screwing with the vertices so badly?

I have a flush mount on top design already, but to get the height I want in the part, I have to do some supports for the clips to go in, which makes it harder to remove the lights. I kinda like the sunken in method because I can print a part with zero supports and it's easy to remove the light, I just got to figure out how I want to curve in the design to the lights to make it cleaner. I can also do a bit smaller of a gap to make bridge easier with zero supports, which I may try to see if this ABS can handle it.

To be honest I have no idea, I've just been dealing with the file as is for now. MeshMixer was used for the edits. For the clip in design, it's going back to the drawing board with the original file to make sure the file doesn't have the same issues.

Ah, yeah move on from meshmixer, that screws shit up. Start learning blender or sail the high seas for something better.

Sunken ones came out pretty decent. Need to clean up the tolerances a bit. But works well.
