Hey guys, random question but has anyone ever successfully been able to take apart Their corner lights?

Oh yeah the stuff sucks. Got blisters from using the screwdriver on it.

I didnt even know there was a deposit. I just sell them to my local scrap yard.

 

It sucks only a few states recycle. When I was in Mississippi, I asked my dad where the recycling bin was. He laughed at me and told me the South doesn’t believe in recycling.

CA and a few other states has the $0.05 can deposit. It’s pretty huge here, when I used to work in San Francisco you can almost guarantee there’s someone fishing cans out of the trash cans.

I think it’s Michigan with the $0.10 deposit, their recycling rate is near 90% while the $0.05 states are closer to 30-40%.
