Where is the noise coming from?
Have you checked the cabin air filter area squirrel cage?
Stuff likes to sneak in there.

Yeah; Entire squirrel cage was replaced and though this wasn't the source of the noise it was for the best because the bearing was worn out (I only paid $80 for the part through my mechanic installed, when the stealership wanted $240 just for the part); If it needs to be replaced again, I will do it myself because it's so easy. I thought that the cabin air filter may have been the problem because it got snagged on the squirrel cage a couple times, but I don't think it's the problem...

Hmmm, well then I dont know. Id have to hear it and where its coming from.

I'm just glad that my blower motor still works!

A guy I know had a 2007 AC 5-lug; The A/C button on the HVAC controls would light up, but when the fan was turned on, nothing happened. He got his frame replaced under recall, but didn't bother to get the blower fixed while the dealer had his truck for over a month!

Well, new resistor and connector fixed mine and my friends and my almost stepsons tacomas so I didnt have to go any farther.

Sounds to me like you have a loose connection or your blower motor is sticking.

I see a couple of connectors on the motor itself, but I couldnt tell you which one to check next.
Maybe someone else that has done it will chime in.

Well I can get a blower motor on Amazon for about 30ish dollars so If I do that and I still have the issue it must be a connector somewhere else I'm guessing.

I actually found this the first time because it wasnt working and my passenger hit it with his foot accidentally and made it work.
I said do that again, put your left foot up there again.
    And it stopped working.

    Smacks passenger!
Way to go now you broke it.
No really, thanks man I just started tracking that down, it was only working on high.

Youve confirmed the blower works on all speeds after you smack it eh.....

Maybe the bearing just needs a shot of pb and a connector just needs a dab of solder...
