Tea time, TEXAS TEA! I sometimes forget how good these MGP bourbon and rye blends are and then I'm quickly reminded with each pour. These things go for 40 bucks out here. Hell of a value for what's in the bottle.

They were all solid, easy drinkers. My son and I and tried all 3 over some cigars and some overdue conversation. I was partial to the John J. He liked the John J and the Isaac. Couldn’t find the Abraham, so will keep an eye out for that next.

That’s what’s being opened tomorrow. Have one of my tequila glasses etched and it will be the first drink from it. :D:fistbump:

The 10 straight rye, TW barrel Pick of the same (very good), and the 10 year private rye barrel select. I've been thinking of trying the Piggyback... The Old World looks intersting but the cost...

Our TW stocked out of ER and hasn't had it for some time. Worker told me something like they had trouble getting it and it might go on allocation. I went over to BevMo and bought 2 bottles just in case. This was a few months ago. Haven't cracked them yet... While it's not on allocation TW still doesn't have any but BevMo continues to stock it. Who the hell knows.

Picked this bottle up at my local store for under $40. Another store has 4 or 5 of them but they want $50 per bottle.

I keep hearing good things about piggyback. I may have to pick that one up too.

After posting about BevMo and Eagle Rare I decided to check. None in stock at any BM within 30 miles of me. Hmmmm. But when they did have it it's pretty cheap!

Speaking of value... for 49 bucks out the door, this rye is unbeatable.

Will do. If we can all get together we are going to get a bottle of Don Julio Real and have at that. :)
