We ride quite a bit down here, just keep an eye out in the Southeast section of this forum. Usually, someone will announce a ride in a thread, any and all are welcome to come! You're just right up the road from me and I have new tires, so I may hit you up if you want to check out some local trails between Albertville and Gadsden.

I'm ready to ride. I'm interested in quite a few of the AL parks. Morris Mtn was fun for sure. Also I want to hit windrock up and go to the far side of the park some of those trails look like a lot of fun.

Morris Mtn there isn't a lot of trail riding. It's really simple trails to the main even obstacles to play on. We rented the park out for a weekend it was a lot of fun.

If you don't mind a drive and want lots of trail riding Windrock Park but plan a weekend that place is huge. There are some trails around the state parks within an hr from windrock too. Shit that whole area from AOP to Windrock in TN is riddled with trails and such. Also Green Mtn is reopening in that area.

Shouldn't have many worries about that but it can happen!

I've gone with them and if I didn't want to chance it, I could go around or just avoid an area in general.

 

That's good to know. My truck is my DD. It is 20 year old but nicely kept.... I'd like to keep it that way.

 

There's a place between us called Big John. It's in Gadsden at the base of Noccalulla mountain. Cool little local trail system, if you ever wanna check it out let me know and I'll meet you out there.

Went over to Horseshoe Bend National Park this morning. Looks like a great place to kayak. @gixxerphil @Toyotacrawler @medic2230

 

My work stimulus check will be here soon. Probably be looking for a kayak then.

 

Mine is stretched to hell after flying off roof on 280 but it still floats.

 

So it’s a 14 footer now?

 

Lol! No mine is only 10. I will eventually get a set on top vs. set in.
