Hmmm good input, thanks. I'll see about making a stink to get a refund. Never again w duralast.

Another question- any advice for changing the e-brake arm (bell crank?) at the brake? One of mine is rusted in place. I tried some penetrating oil and a hammer. I'll def give it another go soon, but I figure replacement is a good idea at some point. Especially if I get new drums then I'll have it open anyhow. Knowing my truck I'll prob have to cut it all out. Destroyed the no name grinder a neighbor gave me halfway thru the second drum removal. Ran to tractor supply (only thing open near me today :/) and got a DeWalt 7a grinder. The thing rips compared to the old one! Nothin like new tools.

They're good for keeping your intake temps lower too. Out here where it gets really hot a good part of the year, every little bit counts (especially when you're boosted).

Well shit, I'll try to take the next step.

Don't plug the drain holes in your air box. Why cause they're fucking drain holes.

Does that mean breather tubes become suction tubes?

A little bit of water in your intake isn't the end of the world. I've yet to notice any pooling of water in my custom airbox. You sit there stuck in a water hole. While you're gathering recovery gear and such those little holes are filling up. After a certain amount of time your engine will begin drinking water. Just my two cents.

I don't recommend going through water that deep to begin with but shit happens...

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!
Considering you have negative pressure in the air box. And the drain holes are at the bottom of the air box. Making the drain holes (now the lowest point in the intake system) the first place water would enter your air box, with negative pressure sucking air (and water) through the drain holes.

If you have done an adequate job of sealing the rest of your intake system, where you have taken steps to keep water from entering your intake... I'm not really sure why you would keep the drain holes. For the water that shouldn't be in the system to begin with... to get back out.

Today decision of changing rims has been done.
I have these 4 Runner Rims in good condition about to place them for sale soon.

Do you think $350 for 4 of these with 7 central caps and the 24 lug nuts is a good price ?
